Use by syntax {{Equipment|VALUES}}. For VALUES see one of two options below.
Make sure your rows have at least one new line between them:

Using syntax with named parameters

In this one, you can specify the parameters and skip irrelevant ones, such as "str=3|wis=5". It's pretty generous with spacing or new lines. Make sure all parameter names are in all lowercase.

Parameters are:
name - don't forget this one otherwise it'll show DEFAULT_NAME.
str agi vit wis will level - stat requirements. defaults to 0.
cy OR coliseum - cyborg level requirement / coliseum rating (either works). Defaults to 0.
anima - which anima w/ background color (leave blank or use None for no anima) - choices: beast water tree flame stone tone. defaults to None
anima2 - same as above but for rare two-anima items. cell will be missing if you leave blank. for 99% of items this should not be included.
special - equipment special effects. Use "None" if you know for a fact it has no special. defaults to Unknown.
cyborg_str cyborg_agi cyborg_vit cyborg_wis cyborg_will or cyb_* - cyborg stat gains. Please include + in front of your (positive) cyborg numbers to make the table easier to read. defaults to +0.
location - location. don't forget the brackets around things like Coliseum ([[Coliseum]]) defaults to Unknown.
cost - cost. defaults to N/A

Using syntax without specifying each parameter by name

All fields must have a value (even if the value is empty) if you aren't specifying the parameters. For numeric fields you can leave the field empty and it will put a 0 in (or N/A for cost or +0 for cyborg). Place the value you want in the field.

Check above for field descriptions. Example:

Note the blank values for cyb_wis and cyb_will to skip them. If it is a two-anima item, include "anima2=ANIMA_NAME" as a parameter anywhere.
